Not all shoes are made equally. At Edward McCann, our shoes are handcrafted providing superior fit, form and function. Fundamentally, it's hand-stitched sole construction that allows for a rigid structure whilst providing unprecedented levels of comfort. Our fitting process creates a unique last mimicking the shape of your foot. The upper is then produced to your specific design and colour, then formed around the last. The hand welted technique consists of two separate stitches. Firstly the upper, inner sole and welting edge are fixed followed by a layer of cork before the lower sole is attached.
